The idea
Many quotes start as rough notes on paper or in a chat: "2 AC service, 1 gas refill, 1 stand". The AI can turn these notes into a neat table with item, quantity, rate and amount, plus a total.
AI can make maths mistakes. Check every row yourself: quantity times rate must equal the amount. Then add the amounts and match the total. The calculator on your phone is enough.
This is a quote or a simple bill draft. It is not a GST tax invoice. A tax invoice needs some fields by law. If you need one, add those fields yourself, or ask your accountant.
Do not paste a customer's phone number, address or your bank details into the chatbot. Use placeholders and fill them in later.

Make a quote for an AC repair job
This example is for a repair shop in Coimbatore. Copy the answer into Google Sheets or a note, then fill in the blanks yourself.
