Tailor your resume to one job post
One resume for every job reads like it was written for nobody. Five small changes fix that.
The idea
Many recruiters skim a resume quickly. They look for the words and skills from their own job post. If your resume uses different words for the same work, they may miss it.
So do not send the same resume everywhere. Paste the job post and your resume into a chatbot. Ask for only the 5 changes that matter most, not a full rewrite. Five changes you understand are better than a new resume you do not recognise.
A clear warning: never invent skills or experience to match a post. If the post asks for something you do not have, leave it out. The interviewer may ask about it, and a false line can cost you the job later. Ask the AI to list the gaps separately. Then you decide what to learn next.
Your task
Get the 5 changes that matter for one job post
Pick one real job post. Copy its text and your current resume. Remove your phone number, address and email before you paste.
I am applying for this job. Help me tailor my resume. Job post: [paste the job post here] My resume: [paste your resume here, without phone, address or email] Give me: 1. The 5 changes that matter most, in order. For each one: the current line, the new line, and one sentence on why. 2. A short list of skills the post asks for that my resume does not show. Rules: Use only facts that are already in my resume. Use the post's words where they mean the same as my work. Do not add any skill, tool or experience I do not have. Do not rewrite the whole resume.
What you should get
A real example of a good result. Your wording will differ a little. The shape and the facts should match.

CHANGES 1. Summary Now: "Commerce graduate with 1.5 years of back-office work..." New: "Commerce graduate with 1.5 years in courier operations, keeping daily records and following up on delays." Why: The post asks for operations experience. You have it. 2. Now: "Updated delivery records in Excel every day" New: "Maintained daily delivery MIS in Excel" Why: The post says "MIS" for this kind of record keeping. 3. Now: "Prepared a daily list of about 30 late parcels" New: "Prepared a daily delay report of about 30 parcels" Why: "Delay report" matches the post's wording. 4. Move the delay report bullet to the top of Experience. Why: The post lists delay tracking as the first duty. 5. Skills: change "Excel" to "Excel (daily records and reports)". Why: It shows how you use Excel, using only what your resume says. GAPS (not added) - Vendor coordination - Advanced Excel (pivot tables) If you have done these, tell me and I will add them. If not, leave them out.
