The idea
A blank resume template is hard to start. Rough notes are easy. Write what you studied, where you worked, what you did each day and what went well. Spelling and order do not matter yet.
A clear one-page resume has four sections: Summary, Experience, Education and Skills. Each experience bullet starts with an action word and ends with a result. "Handled customer calls" is weak. "Answered calls from shop owners and gave them clear parcel updates" is stronger.
One rule matters more than the format: every line must be true. Tell the AI not to add skills, degrees or numbers that you did not give it. If a line needs a number, it must ask you. You must be able to talk about every line in an interview.
Use any free chatbot: ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Claude. Then copy the result into Google Docs and fix the layout there.
