The idea
You do not need to remember formulas. You need to describe the problem clearly: which column has what, and what you want in the result.
Tell the AI the cell addresses and show 2 sample rows. Then ask for the formula for row 2 so you can fill it down.
Always test the formula on the sample rows first. If the result is wrong, paste the wrong result back and say what you expected.
Your task
Clean names and turn text amounts into numbers
Open a blank Google Sheet. Type the two sample rows below in cells A2 and B2 and A3 and B3. Then paste the prompt into your chatbot.
I use Google Sheets. Column A has names with extra spaces and wrong capital letters. Column B has amounts typed as text with a rupee sign and commas. Sample rows: A2: " ravi KUMAR " B2: "₹12,500" A3: "meena shah" B3: "₹8,250" Give me two formulas for row 2 that I can fill down: 1. In C2: the clean name, like "Ravi Kumar". 2. In D2: the amount as a real number, like 12500. Show the formula only, then one line explaining how it works.

A real example of a good result. Your wording will differ a little. The shape and the facts should match.
