Say what is in the picture, how it looks and what must not be there.
The idea
Free image tools exist inside several chatbots. A weak image prompt is "nice office photo". A strong one names five things: subject, setting, style, camera or framing and mood or colours.
Add an avoid line for things you do not want, for example "no text, no logos". AI images often spell words wrongly. Add real text later in a free editor such as Canva or your phone's photo app.
Never make an image of a real person without their permission. Use made-up people or objects for your posts. The quality of free tools and their limits change often, so try two tools and keep the better result.
