Write a post that sounds like you

Lesson 1 of 55 min read1 task · 3 questions

Three rough bullets and one writing sample. That is all the AI needs.

The idea

AI posts often sound the same: "In today's fast-paced world...". People skip them. The fix is your own voice. Give the AI a sample of how you really write, and your real point.

A good post has three parts: a hook (first line that makes people stop), one useful idea, and one small ask (a question or a save).

Tell the AI what to avoid. A short "do not use" list works well: no hashtags, no emojis, no buzzwords. Then change a few words so it is truly yours.

Your task

Turn 3 bullets into a short post

Use the sample facts. Later, use your own story.

Your slip: copy-paste prompt
Write a short social media post (under 90 words) from these bullets.

Bullets:
- I used to spend 40 minutes every Friday on my weekly report.
- Now I paste my numbers into a chatbot and it takes 8 minutes.
- I still check every number myself.

My writing style (copy this tone): "I tried this for a month. It worked, with one catch. Here is what I learned."

Structure: a first line that makes people stop, 2 or 3 short lines of detail, and a closing question.
Do not use: hashtags, emojis, the words "game-changer" or "fast-paced world". Give me 2 versions.

What you should get

A real example of a good result. Your wording will differ a little. The shape and the facts should match.

Printed resultExample

VERSION 1
I cut my Friday report from 40 minutes to 8. It worked, with one catch.

I paste my numbers into a chatbot and ask for a short summary. It writes the lines. I check every number myself, because AI can add up wrongly.

The time I save goes to work I enjoy more.

What boring task would you hand over first?

VERSION 2
40 minutes down to 8. That is my weekly report now.

The trick is not the tool. It is giving it clear numbers and a fixed format. And I always do the final check.
